If you use Windows, make sure your desktop is set to use 32bit color depth.

I have the same problem. Windows Desktop set to: 1280x1024x32bit, I have tried almost everything.

System: Athlon XP 64 3000+ s939
2GB 400mhz DDRam
GeForce 7600 GT 256MB PCI-E. Vendor Drivers that work with every other game I have tried
Windows XP PRO Swedish

Hope this issue will be fixed though, unless I have forgot to install something *starts looking at the download page*

EDIT: I might have found the problem, but it should not interfere with Windowed mode, especially as it works with most games I play in 1024x768 Resolution. But the thing is I cannot change Desktop resolution to 1024x768.
EDIT2: Apparently using 1024x768 does not help. So DEVS please help.

try the "windowed mode"

You can select this in the client options.

As stated I have tested almost everything. I am used to Beta testing so I know what to check. Whatever I do, it does not help.
It is not a driver issue due to the fact that I can play Wurm Online (as it is Java too, and uses OpenGL), I can play WoW with about 80FPS in both D3D and OpenGL mode, I play Project Entropia with good FPS, and so on.

The problem probably lies somewhere in your rendering code, I do not know where. I will continue to try to find the problem even though it seems pointless, then I will tell you what I found so you can fix it.

But if you know what is wrong, or have any ideas please tell me, this game seems cool as it seems to be inspired quite greatly by UO (one of my favorite games).

EDIT: I will try NVIDIA's own drivers just to check, will be back with update on that.

Ok, fixed the problem. Apparently there was a bug in my drivers from MSI.

For those having the same problem and setting the Desktop to 32bit does not work, download the latest supported drivers for the graphics card and reinstall them.
