How long is the usual wait time to get an approval?

I sent the email and got the reply where I answer some
questions and return it. But it was in German. I sent it
back saying that I need it in English....still waiting...

I'm not trying to be impatient but I have had a character
in this realm before and am pretty anxious to get back on.
