It happened south of Eliza's shop. There were two elves((2)) and((10)) and an orc looking like ((14)).

They asked me for my weapons and armor. Do whatever you want Samantha, but watch for them at the least.

The sheets for writing down the witnessed crimes as well as the Wanted Posters were slightly updated.
Now, the 'Place where crime was committed' as well as the 'Date when crime was committed' have to be written down on the sheet.

Avalyon el'Hattarr is indeed allowed to stay on the territory of Troll's Bane. He is not allowed to use any kind of magic on lands of Troll's Bane for 6 more weeks ((2 RL weeks --> until 18th April)).

If he does commit any crime during this time or if there is any reasonable suspicion that he works against the town in any way, he will be banned immediately and hunted without mercy.

This deal was made before the new Town Law was valid. If Avalyon el'Hattarr still does serve Moshran and praise him or act in his name on lands of Troll's Bane in any way, he also will be banned.

Until he behaves peaceful and does not go against any of the rules above, he is allowed to be in town.

However, dealing with an outlaw in lands of Troll's Bane, Dain Laiden, is not the best way to underline that your character and behaviour has changed, el'Hattarr. Explain yourself what you had to cope with that outlaw and stay away from him in future on lands of Troll's Bane.

Dear Town Guard of Troll's Bane, dear Citizens of Troll's Bane,

From now Troll's Bane holds an official Armory.
It comprises mainly good quality items and is available for all Town Guards and the Captain of the Town Guard.

Recruits have no access to the Armory until they have proved that they are dignified. Instead, recruits have to ask the Captain, the Governor, the Magistrate or other Town Guards to get support with items to train their skills.
Protectors have no right for any items of the Armory, but they are free to get some items if the Government decides so.

For any items members of the Town Guard would like to see in the armory, please feel free to contact the Governor.
At the moment, there already are ordered some legionnaire shields, which should be deliverd within the next days.

The Armory will be continously updated. Its current status can be seen here.

His punishment was raised to 6 days since he hasn't learned yet and continues with his behaviour, also since he ignores the punishment and think of it as a joke. I hope he will soon understand that it is no joke.

Guards

Please welcome Taliss Kazzxs and Coellus Andrinor to the guard.

Due to Taliss's previous services to the town, and experience in combat he will bypass recruit level and is a fully fledged member of the guard, this decision was made by myself and Bailey.

Coellus Andrinor is a new recruit, other guards are encouraged to help him train.

Another note, if any recruits require equipment from the armory send either myself or Bailey a message with the equipment you need and we shall get it from the armoury for you.

Siltaris walked to the jail to the cell upstairs. She opened the door and looked into the dark room.

"Time to get out, orc, your sentence is over"

Siltaris kept the door open until the orc walked out. Then she closed and locked the cell to open the main door afterwards.

"Just follow the Town Laws and we won't get any more problems"

She watched how the orc slowly walked away towards the town gate in the north of Troll's Bane. Then Siltaris looked on the parchment in her hand to made a short note on it.

Avalyon el'Hattarr is hereby spoken guilty of the medium offence of Break-In. He entered without allowness and illegaly a strangers house and committed with that a crime. Based on the proofs the town got he was spoken guilty and has to pay a 5 silver fine and has to serve 6 weeks in jail. After that jailtime his right to enter the town of Trollsbane is lifted based on his past and his former crimes committed. He got a chance by us and he used it to committ again a crime. Shall he not serve the jailtime freely a bounty will be put on his head.

Break-In is an official crime. He would have been punished like this for EVERY break-in. Would he have entered Mister Harbes house against his wish the same punishment would have been spoken over him. The same which would have been spoken about anyone committing that crime.

b) Break-In/Trespassing
Everyone who enters the rightful property or house of someone else without the permission of the owner with criminal intentions to the disadvantage of the owner commits crime in terms of the Criminal Law.

If letting a letter on the table is a "criminal intention" in your opinion, then you should really consider a career in peasantry.

A messenger brings sealed parchments to all Recruits, protectors, Tow Guards and to the Captain of the town guard.

Dear member of the Town Guard,

Troll's Bane and whole Gobiath is in danger. A lich has arrived on Gobiath, searching for a boy in Troll's Bane. If we do not hand him the boy within the next days, the lich will send his minions to Troll's Bane and Gobiath.

I ask you all to look for this boy. He has dark hair and is about 16 years old. A scar is on his cheek. His name is Elisai. His eyes look like ((2145****)). Last time he was seen in the chapel of the Library in Troll's Bane.

It is our task to find him and to bring him to a safe place. We will not hand him to any lich ever. Please inform the Captain or the Magistrate, if you find him. Do not harm him, behave him well, gain his trust - and safe him!

On the day the lich will return to get the boy ((seems to be sunday, hopefully monday)) , we will wait for him - Prepare yourself until then.

If the one who found the boy may please inform myself or the captain of the guard? We wish to make sure that he is really safe, also we wish to talk to the boy.
See, the message could be written by anyone, also by someone meaning harm for the boy just to make us stopping looking for him. So please inform us about the boy, where he is, and who you are. Thank you.

If the one who has the boy declines to speak with us we have to fear the worse, means that the one who has written the message above is a danger for the boy and also the isle.
