strang problem

it is saying a game master kicked me from the game but befopre this i had been playing for like i dont knoe three weeks in the game and now it comes up with this can anyone help please?

so your saying serpardum i have to send in another application.....and what is bad about that is that you have seen me on the game yourself serpardum.....my chars name was Korg Blacktooth....that is why i am confused

Well, there are two Blacktooth in the database.
one of them with a space in the end which i blocked permanently.

as to, if you got through the account, i dont know that.

No, what I'm saying is next time you have a problem it would help if you gave us the character name right away. Since you never gave us a character name, I was checking for a character "Bith".

You had accidently banned BOTH of the Korg Blacktooth accounts, the one with the space AND the one without. Which was why (I guess) he couldn't log in. I re-enabled his char (without the space of course).
