Festival Of Life

Post by Brendan Mason »

I would like to make it known that I am going to be holding a great festival in honour of life and such on the tavern roof Saturday coming at 11pm ((GMT))I would greatly appreciate it if people would donate things towards it like food and drink.
All are invited, but I send a special invitation to Moathia and her family...(they themselves know why).
I would also like to delegate somebody to take care of the event while I am not about.
I shall decide upon whom, by the interest shown on this notice.

Your's
Brendan Mason

The Following People are Bringing the following things...
Brendan Mason-fish
Moathia-bread
Kalypse-pies
Myers-pies
Crosis-fresh fruit

A dirty lizard crawls out of a hole in front of the shop. Rubbing his eyes, yawning, and brushing the dirt and roots off of his crimson armor, he walks slowly to the wall where the people of Trollsbane traditionally write announcements. As he wonders why he is reading the messages, a name catches his eye. Brendan Mason... He slightly remembers his old friend and decides to reply to his message. He fumbles in his bag of belongings and finds a quill. He begins writing quickly in somewhat readable scribbles.

Greetings my small friend! It is great to hear from you, even if it is in writing that isn't directly to me. A festival sounds great, I would love to come. However... I am in hibernation, it is merely a coincedence that I have seen this message... And it seems that I will either be in stasis during the festival, or that I will simply forget... I believe that I will soon lose all of my memories. I will surely come to this event if I am able, and I will bring all the donations I can carry.

Muten Rôshi

Carefully putting the quill into his personal bag, the mysterious creature known as the Muten Rôshi quickly returns to the darkness whence he came.

"Oh wooo!" Kalypse jumps after reading the note.

"Dear Brendan, it is good to see you are well again and ready for a celebration of that kind. I'll make sure to bake some cakes and pies for this event if you would like."

Kalypse signs the note and leaves thinking of which pies to start with.

Crosis walks down the road and a flyer catches his eye. Something about a festival. Crosis stands scratching his chin then writes a note.

Dear Brendan,
I have noticed you are holding a festival and looking for donations. I could bring fruit and fish if ya want.

Good good, tis nice to see the newcomers to the isle getting involved.
I would like to announce that I am seeking a bard to perform for free on the night. If you are one, I would be most delighted in seeing you perfrom-rest assured you would have a delightful portion of the food!

Also, the position of co-planner is still open and I would greatly appreciate someone to help keep this party alive when I am not in town.

Be it known that the Festival shall go ahead on time-regardless of number of people.
Please tell your friends to be on time (( This Saturday 11pm GMT)).
Also, I wish to ask of Moathia, are your family still coming.
I did basically set this up to celebrate your well being, Moathia.

To the good people of Trollsbane:

I fear I shall not be able to attend the Festival of Life. I have pressing matters with which I must tend to on the scheduled date of the Festival. I give my best wishes to all who do attend and please know that I will be there, in spirit. Be aware that I will want a summation of how the Festival went of course, so I hope my friends shall be willing to inform me upon my return. Take care, my friends. I shall see you all soon enough.

Best wishes to all,
Cain Sebastian Freemont

Proud fiancee to Niniane.
Give me wool and I shall make clothing.
Give me dough and I shall make bread.
Give me kindness and I shall make peace.
