To halflings especially - READ

To all of you halflings:

Usually dark-haired, small, hair on feet, fleet of foot... Civilized.
Lately the halflings are not acting like halflings!
The halflings are running around, yelling "Griggle" and eating people!

Now, to roleplay, think of Frodo...
What would happen if he just started saying "Griggle" or "Ill eat your ears!"
This sort of behavior is NOT, NOT halfling behavior!
Maybe a goblin or a troll! But not a halfling!
I think these halflings killing and spamming is wrong. A bad name to hobbits everywhere.
I understand Halflings can get into mischeif, but NOT killing each other.
Hobbits are usually kind-hearted creatures! And are very emotional.
So I suggest you all act not only character, but RACE.

@Erdrick: you refer to frodo, why not do gollum? he was kind of halfling too and he is/was mad
he would had eaten bilbo down under the mountains? what became of merry and pippin? their ways changed too! the fought in a war and killed! sam changed too!

Why dont you let griddle be griddle! He has not the best background story i read but it is ok for me he keeps in his role and i believe he is not far away from his race. Why dont allow halfling to eat each other. I would they we no not enough about them to make a good decision what is right and what is wrong for them. Elves are normally good too, but if they listen to the whispers of the dark they would kill each other too.

@milenko , good point - also the orcs were once elves , being captured by the evil , and transformed into orcs.

acually the point of this topic is a good idea, if you REALLY want to get into the roleplaying, like Andrew and others, then you should pick a race sutible to your future actions, the best race for PKing would most likely be an orc, although i just thought of a down side as i am writting this, if all the PK's became orcs then generally people will come to fear(well strong players not fear) but then orcs will become generally disliked, although that is more realistic, think of older players who are orcs, but are also perfectly friendly, they will be dislicked due to the actions of others, i think it would be good idea if the older players had the choice of switching races, although i doubt we could do that and even if we could, i think it unfair to tell someone "Hey if you wish to stay an orc, you must be mean", so as much as i liked this idea at first, after thinking it over it seems more likely that it not the best idea.

Hey,I don't understand!Why should PK's be orcs!?There are elvenkillers,humans and so on!You mean,all killers in RL are orcs?oh,one is crossing the street at the moment!whoa!Hey,why not humans?why not woodelves?they are as stupid as humans

hi,

just wanted to add one other thing about staying in race.
If you want to refer to tolkien, and this game has nothing to do with him,
then you have to delet every human mage every orc mage every dwarfen mage
and the druids too.
If you know tolkien then you know that wizards were made by the valar and then send to middle earth !
And about pk, sure orcs are mostlikley to be murderers but humans too and elves started with killing (tolkien) so torekin is absolutely right, well not about lizards

but with the other stuff
