Arghh... actually size doesn´t matter. Use a tool like ACDsee to get you avatar smaller. And there are also some nices avatars at:
http://www.avatarpage.de/
http://the-iceman.at/avatars/
http://avatarus.de/index1.html
They don´t cause traffic to the Illarion server and are partially nice to see.
Maybe you find a nice picture at http://elfwood.lysator.liu.se/ and use that after you resized it.

Hehe, do you want to annoy me?
Your avatar is much to large and the background is black... make it transparent.
But who cares? If you still don´t understand what I mean, it does not make no sense anymore to me to reply your one-sentence postings. I actually told you my opinion via PM. Don´t let us spam this board.

I´m also not a graphical designer. Just download the trial version of ACDsee at http://www.acdsystems.com or an other picture viewer like IrfanView at http://www.irfanview.de/ and install it. Now open the picture of your choice, crop the unessecary parts of the picture and than search for the resize menu.
If that is still too hard for you, use an avatar of the sites I told you before.
Huh. why did I search Google for all this things you could search for yourself?...
P.s.: There is a trial version of Paintshop in the web, wich gives you the chance to get the blach background transparent.
