Disappearing Items

I started a new character and put some items in my depot and logged off. The next day i log in and look in my depot and all the items are missing. Is this a bug in the game or only my character?

There are a) different kinds of depots (Troll's Bane, Greenbriar,...) b) chests that look like depots, but are no depots.

Maybe you have stored your items into depot "A" and now you looked into depot "B".

Go back to the same chest you threw it in, and check there...

Did you try it in the grey rose 'castle' per chance? they have two depots for example.
