#me gets his iron poker out, puts on his slippers, and sits back in his chair.

Alright boys and girls, lets confine it to one thread.

What the hell happened?

Us 2 went to Caelum, found no one, then went to the temple, to the maze-like lava area, then decided it was too much for not having a portal and left lol

so I missed the events if there were any

There were 4 or 5 people charging into Caelum, they found Cawdor, he spoke with them and they left. I count.

We were 15 or more peoples charging into the temple and standing infront of s hut door. we did rp that we break it but all we got from the other side was "this gate was magical sealed by the god Nalzaxx, you cant break it". and dusty forgotten to organize gm support. and since the temple players are bad roleplayers who ignore that there are 15 man breaking their gates nothing happened and we all got frustrated and went away.

this showed just once again why we doesnt need the temple. because it means no rp fun for non temple members, but just frustration and cross visits.

but of course they get massive gm support....yeah...

i like sentences like "we dont care if you siege us, we have our blackstones and will go to your towns while you do so".

wonderful

the temple is a pain in the ass.

Ah ok, they seemed to keep charging after you'd stopped actually. But "found no one" is a bit rude.

I meant "no one" as in no one from the 'invasion', which is who we were looking for. That was my quick quick version, so sorry

The current Temple has no GM support what so ever. They're just some playercharacters who shacked up in the place. As anyone could have done.

Anyway, it´s sad that we have to enforce it with GM support. No cooperation and way too much OOC offendings.

It´s sad, that´s all I have to say.

And, to be fair, there is no reason why they should have opened the door for you. Its forced RP is all it was, and they don't have to follow that. If you wanted to force your way in, get a GM. If not, its fair play, you can't dictate how they play their characters.

Yeah, how come we can't rp a quest among players anyway?

Why do we need a GM to RP a frickin door!

Why should I bother to RP with people who don't like what happens?

The War has been posted for a week. You all had plenty of time to organize forces.

It just sucks when we gotta call on GM's for something so simple.
I think I'll quit.

Temple is just a bunch of loser cowards anyways.

I don't know what the acheivement intended was here. The only way to defeat anyone is pk them regularly enough until the PO gets frustrated enough to leave the game or quit that char.

Its like playing in a band whose members each want a different style, and of course music carries uber elitism, so nothing can be done.

The intent was to RP the destruction of the temple.

It's already pretty inactive as it is. What's the point of it anymore?

Truthfully, I am just suprised no GM vollunteered to stick around for this. I mean, it was in planning for a week. He even said he was going to march on hellsbriar. OH well... We will try again another time.

There is no quest.
Why do we need a GM to RP a frickin door!
Because their is no quest.
Why should I bother to RP with people who don't like what happens?
Because there is forced roleplay.

We did, its called a door.

Bye.

The temple is active as hell by the way.

going into town and playerkilling others

like so many do. we get dozens of bandits who ctrl click your char as soon as you dont give them what you want. we have too many bandits who all are quick at killing others for their items.

and the temple isnt more than peoples going onto killing sprees.,

@grivijak

the temple is a quest. its existance is just satisfied through that quest. you templeplayers just seem to ignore it too often that you are all members of a quest FOR others, and not just for those in the temple

If it was inactive, why do you want to destroy it?

And under those rules. Farewell Varshikar, too inactive, I'll make a post declaring war on it then go lockpick it a week later.

You're hiding behind 'forced roleplay' for this?

We could use 'forced roleplay' excuses to mess with A LOT of things that happen if that's the case

I hope you have realized there is no way to defeat a char or group, but only to defeat the POs' motivation to play those chars so the group disbands. I wish there was another way, but not at current.

Its a location that was nicked, like the others were about to do.

Do we call Trolls bane a quest?

Player-run quests must be agreed by everyone. How would you feel if we do: "OMFG W3 D3stOy GObiAth" quest?

Seriously.. we are NOT quest chars, we are not here for your entertaiment, we are here to enjoy the game as you do and if we play a different part than you, doesn't mean that you have the right to erase us.

Like I said once: As long as you keep comming back, we shall do it to!

kthxbye

the temple got created through a quest. it was not build. you never paid for it, or done any roleplay for it. the gms gave it to you in a quest., remember the quest, yes?
