where do I sell Daggers, sabres, and scimitars? cause I can't find any npc please help me

You should find someone in game to help you, another player. If you ask someone in town that you meet they will surely point you in the right direction. It isn't smart to use OOC knowledge of things your character should be learning through the process of roleplay. These sorts of questions are better taken care of in a roleplay sort of fashion.
