You are a guardian, you protect the citizens of Trollsbane, and you uphold the law. THAT is all, you don't decide who becomes a citizen. That is the Governeurs right alone. And the Governeur acts in the citizens name. And we citizens DO decide how the town is governed. The Governeur is our voice. The citizens are not the Governeurs subjects, the Governeur serves the citizens and the town.

Govenor,
I applogise for my lateness and inability to reply. Tragedy struck and I had to make a leave of absence. Now that I have returned I have searched through the papers upon the walls of Trolls Bane and have found these once more.
When does the election start and where will voting be? Also is my name still in the running for magistrate, or have I been looked over because I have an affiliation with Kallahorn? Let it be known that I would still like to put up my name and see a fair vote by the people.

Yes, and when said elections are held, is my citizenship not valid enough to administer a vote? I have no affiliation with an outside group. Kallahorn protects all that is good, not just "outsiders" but also those within the walls of Trolls Bane as well. Please, is the governing of this town that disheveled that it cannot correctly identify its own people?

Who gave you the right to decide that, Mister Arameh? I don't like how you write such things as if you are the one deciding in Trollsbane.
I don't write here to win the election, I write here to avoid that an outsider force whose members have their loyality to you and noone else take controle over Trollsbane. Your members have their loyality and bounds just to you, and the knighthood. And your land.
You don't live in Trollsbane, you don't belong to Trollsbane. You have sweared oathes to Kallahorn, you live in the land Kallahorn in the east.
So I don't see why someone who doesn't live in Trollsbane and who has no bounds to it, or who has an oath that binds him to an other force outside, shall become a citizen and decide who runs this town.
For you Kallahorn and its rules are more important than Trollsbane, and to serve Kallahorn comes before serving Trollsbane.
So no, I don't think you should be allowed to become citizens aslong as it is like that.
And Mister Arameh, I forbid you to call me by my forname, or shall I remind you that you are breaking with that one of your own laws? The fourth law which means that you should never dishonour a lady. A law you broke often enough in the past.

I am afraid you are wrong in that, that members have loyalty to Arameh, and no-one else. And also, we do not swear to hold any loyalty to Arameh whatsoever. You seem to have a misconception that the members will follow the Knights blindly to anywhere. Let me tell you that that is wrong and we hold the principles of justice and honour higher than anything else.

I think I have to inform you over the rules to which you sweared an oath.
That makes the members of Kallahorn not fitting to the towns citizenship, since they belong already to an other realm, guild and castle.

Your loyalitys are completly by the knighthood, whichs leader is Mister Arameh. Your loyality won't ever be just by Trollsbane. For a member of Kallahorn, the knighthood of Kallahorn, and Arameh as leader, will ever come first, and after maybe Trollsbane. Their loyalty also lays by the "Castle", which, it seems, is the building they started on their land far in the east.Rules and principles:
1) Never break the oath you have sworn to be apart of the Knighthood. All words you swear bind you to the Knighthood in everyway, breaking any part of it will lead to varying degrees of punishment. To swear the oath and abandon the Knighthood entirely without a valid explanation will lead to severe actions by the leadership of the Knighthood.
2) Unwaivering loyalty to the Knighthood and the Castle.
That makes the members of Kallahorn not fitting to the towns citizenship, since they belong already to an other realm, guild and castle.

Are those from Varshikar allowed? No. Silverbrand? No. Vanima? No. This isn't a matter of anything besides applying the same rule across the board. Now the only problem is the current governor doesn't know what he's doing, and Kallahorn doesnt heed the multiple calls of Trollsbane telling them they dont want them there.

Miss Meryadeles
You are indeed correct that we swear loyalty to the Knighthood of Kallahorn. However what I was objecting to was the incinuation that we swear personal loyalty to Arameh. That is not the case. Indeed he is the leader of Kallahorn for the forseeable future, and so I shall serve him all the while. However if he said "Jump" I would not reply "How high".
The arguement whether Kallahorn members should get a say in Trollsbane business is a separate arguement to the one I was making, and quite frankly, it is of no concern to me, not wanting to be a citizen of Trollsbane.

I still await a responce from the govenour of Trolls Bane.
Lady Meryadeles, I understand that you disagree, but being that you are a citizen of Trolls Bane, it is your right to voice your opinion against me in a vote. As do all citizens. Please stop voicing it here. If the citizens see it unfit for a member of Kallahorn to work in the goverment, which Lord Arameh already does, then they will say so through vote. Please allow the govenour to respond to my question, as I asked him specificaly.

I shall call Sam what I wish to call her, I do not even consider her a 'lady' anymore anyway, and it isnt really 'dishonoring'. For the part where I 'decide' about the elections, this is wrong, I do not decide but as opposite to Sam, I have been talking to mister Valentine and I know approximately what he wishes and as far as I know, HE added Kallahorn members to the list, he would surely then agree for them to vote. I am not stating my agreement or even opinion about the governement, I just state what it IS and it wont change any soon, whatever you argue on this topic.

That would be quite an improper handling of things of the troll's Bane government. I myself have been here at the founding of Troll's Bane, built up the Library and the tavern (together with mainly Neon Rift and Tialdin), and am denied citizenship because i am member of an outside Troll's Bane community, Vanima in this case.
If the government is handling things like this, we will have to sell the library building and move the library itself to Varshikar or the magic academy.

Arameh,
High Knight of Kallahorn,
do all the citizens of Trolls Bane have their say in the affairs of Kallahorn?
or citizens of any other guild or order? the grey rose, for instance?
would you think it right, if all members of the Nordmark settler's asociation would come, and apply for citizenship and right of vote?
or is your council for the elf damien an exception?

Trollsbane is a public town, everyone can go there, everyone can use its ressources and as such I believe it would be best if everyone could become citizent and have a vote on the matters. It is not a town such as Greenbriar or Varshikar to my eyes, I see those town as mor 'private' and I clearly understand why only the ones living there can vote, but I see Trollsbane as totally different.
However, it is not ME who decides who can be citizent or not, as far as I know from talking to the governor, he has similar views as I about the citizentship of Trollsbane. But if you wish to talk to someone about this, dont tell it to me, talk to the governor.
