NPC problem.

I could not find where else to post this (sorry if a npc problem thread already exists somewhere).

Ramon the NPC in the graveyard says he sells portals. He also says they're 24 copper coins. Though, when I try and buy one he tells me there is no space in my invintory even if there is 5 open spaces, or six.
