He heard the weak call from the next room, and went in. Grandfather was just barley able to sit upright. The fading light of twilight almost hid the pain on his face.
"You remember what i taught you and know what your duty is to me, your grandmother, and all our ancestors"? he asked in the softest voice I had ever heard from him.
"Hai", i bowed and took the longer sword, from the mat in front of him, walked to his side.
He then took the short sword, and with a left to right cut preformed Seppuka, in great pain he glanced at me.
" so i may sooner meet your grandmother, my Aisuru, perform your duty of my Kaishakunin", were his last words through his pain.
With all the strength of one only 12, I lifted the Katana high ....prayed to grandmother for forgiveness and blessing and performed Daki-kubi
...the act of beheading...to end his suffering.
..forever starting myne.
i remember that i placed him in a grave by grandmother on a cliff over looking a sea and that one sea bird flew in from the setting sun and one from some where near joined the first
...they flew over me a few tymes then out to sea to the setting sun
...then the mysts closed in for the last lost two years.
Now at my happiest the myst cleared
........I remembered
...then i was blessed by grandmother and a greater myst came
...i .....for..got almost..everything..
some one said my name is miru
think that would be a better name for a bunnie friend if i can catch it
