I still dont understand why it effects you so much to be honest. Vampires lives forever, Elves live basically forever, you just have the elf drink blood and boom he is a vampire. Have him go pale and sit out of the sunlight and behold he is a full blown vampire sipping blood for the bone lord up above, and there is nothing you can do about it. It is all reasonable roleplay.

Altho damien is known for clouding elf characters because they are around bad people...

Vampires are supernatural creatures who are powerful as hell. That would be like playing a greater demon. Creatures like these aren't for players.

What if a person trained themself to their highest ability and had the highest strength attribute, then would they be right to call themself vampire if they wished?

Then they're still normal beings. Masters of their art but still mortal. Take one of these, add the strength of ten men as well as supernatural powers like changing into mist or dominating mortel minds, then you would have a vampire. And this is plain too much to allow a player to handle without gm supervision.

Look, where have you all found all these definitions of what a vampire is, or what a drow would look like? Is it somwhere in the Illarion rules? In that case I havent seen it. My point is that maybe a drow would be able to rape for example an elf, and who sais that vampires have to be so strong?

The whole debate is that vampires are against the rules, and so is rape!

http://www.moonsilver.de is the official background site. There's not everything written down there yet, though.

Vampires do nor exist is official staff policy, decided some years ago already so any discussion about this is mute. And cretures who only exist in wispered rumours aren't your everyday monster lurking behind every corner.

Drow have a race background on which they are based, and there is a drow graphic which depicts what they look like. Drow won't rape elves, because they're not orcs who jump on everything they see. Drow see themselves as superior beings, who would rather die then sleep with "lesser" races.

Drow are dark elves, the fallen house who, outcast from their brethren, live underground as the gods cursed them with eyes that cannot stand direct sunlight.

"This world called Refuge.
A town called Innocence.
You have imposed your will upon her."

Dark Elven- in excerpts;

A custom is, a newborn Drow must be mighty enough to spend its first (night?) after birth without
anyone others help outside the living place of the matural-hierarchic family.
If its killed by any creature or any neighbouring person,
shame falls over the foreparents.

Growing up, a youngster has to learn the spiritual aspects of the religion/culture,
which differs considerably from their only little older ancestors, calm attitude:

While in the Light Elven societies, existence roots in acceptance of the surroundings
and the belief for continuity in coexistence;
their dark brethren having been tempted by the vision of willfare above each and everything,
long for limitless spiritual and corporal domination.

"The material world is the primary source of using to control. The result of shaping the unsouled
extension of the spirit is its purpose.
Torn from the deaf and blind bowels of shelf,the seed and core of community.
Here we are to be and dwell out.
In difficile conjuration and mastered shapeshift the noble eldered surround themselves.
In honest exploitation of ressource is enforced space by the uprising."

"All living beeings are more or less willing helpers in fulfillment of purpose,
tools in the forge of progress in extension.
All flesh and bone, given you to receive."

"The spirit is purpose and reason, woven by humbly watching hand.
Her will rules will, the things rise the thing to fall to."

-

"Diese Welt genannt Zuflucht.
Ein Ort genannt Unschuld.
Du hast ihr deinen Willen auferlegt."

Dunkelelfen- in Auszügen;

und der Glaube an Bestand in aller Auskommen;
