Greetings people of Trollsbane,
Tonight I was taking a walk by the prison when I sensed a dark presence was about. I knew an undead being was near, and it was a presence I had felt before. I casted my gaze all over but my eyes could not pierce the night sky. A man nearby told me to leave if I wanted to live. The man said his name was Frothelm but before that had said it was Grant Rothman. I offered him the chance to redeem himself from his dark ties to evil but he refused and attacked me. I fought him for a bit then he ran towards the gates and I ignored him. Be warned this man is still about. He has tried to kill once and he seems to be willing to do so again. By this time my eyes had adjusted to the darkness and I spotted the vile creature. I slayed the one known as Retlak with the Holy aid of Zhambra. His body was crushed to dust before my eyes. His soul escaped, but he has lost his body and is useless now. I am here to crush all that is dark and I will uphold that job to the fullest. Remember, if ever an undead threatens you or one of such evil the power of the paladins will protect you.
Sincerely,
Mason Tremont of the Holy Order of Zhambra

Retlak still lives. And I hope you don't believe that your strong because you beat a weaken skeleton. Retlak has become ill or something and now is very weak. He can barely beat a fly and he is weak against Salkamar Paladins. As for the reason I ran towards the gates was because I was trying to draw you out of town. I have to say, your one of the weakest and sorriest excuses for a paladin I have ever seen. I don't think you can even harm a fly.

It is good new warriors are taking up the banner of this old and long war. For the most part Retlak's strength has been drained since Dravian and Nalzaxx were cleansed of these lands through the blood and tears of other men and women. Thus it is relatively safe for most people to fight Retlak, even in the past I saw a Royal Guard best Retlak with relative ease in the past. Their evil power left the island long ago and now it is just the cleaning up. We have gathered information they are using the old temple, the one "former" members of the temple claimed was no longer being used.
To stand and face Retlak away from the temple is easily done, but there is much potent power that far outmatches any of us within the temple. I would advise no one to go there without sufficient skill in combat and not just a hope and a prayer. I am afraid I have seen too many priests be slain by these temples, the power of the gods will not help us on this island.
