Error: Invalid Item, 2749

i was smelting and then a message came up and said something like
please repot this error: invalid item 2749

im not sure what this is, or where to report it, but i thought of here when it said to report it.

i guess thats it..

You double clicked the crucible or sheet/ingot and it couldn't find this item because this item didn't exist, but in theory you would HAVE to have that item to get that menu, so the client reads this as a error. There isn't any real error however.
