Dexterity?

What is real different between 18 and 20? Is that mean I can't craft better items at the same level? Or I can't level further than 20?

After deciphering this.
It means that you're items arn't as good at the same level off skill. (I think.)

From what I've seen, better dex will give you better chance to suceed and better chance to make higher quality. A person with 1 dex can make good quality things, they need alot more tries however. Theres not much difference between 18 and 20 no. Anyone can make it to max level in any craft.

Every skill has an attribute it goes with. It's not dexterity for every skill. (Or at least, won't be with the new system that is to come)
The attribute, together with your skill and tool quality determines the quality of your products.
