As we already put great trust into you and your Union Quinasa,
I hereby send another request:

I would like to know the price for an amount of:

250 breads
250 sausages
500 grain

to be delivered as soon as possible to our town.

Our supplies are decreasing, we won't starve, yet I would like to hear about a confirmation for my order quite soon, so we can stop giving out strict beer rations.

If you require, I may be able to fill at least part of your order. I quite possibly could be somewhat slower at filling the order than this Union, but if you have need, it can't wait simply because they have something happening that would prevent their production of these goods.

I also do not believe I could deliver the goods to you, as I am a simple halfling, and haven't the resources to cart it over. If you would like me to begin production of the goods to fill this order, send me a dove and we will discuss the price afterward.

I wish the sun to always be on your backs, and your stomachs full with drink.

Oh, I am sorry, Quinasa. I did not mean to intrude, and was not trying to take your business. I had simply noticed that there was no response, and I didn't want them to be left without. I was simply offering until such time that your Union could provide.
