A teacher

I am looking for a teacher in any of the languages other than Elven and Common. Are there any who may teach me to converse with the others? I will pay well.

Arcia walks to the boards with a smile on his face, a bounce in his step of happiness about him. Upon reading the unsigned note, his mouth turns to a frown.

What exactly does this "man?" look like? Where can I find him?

Hmm... well he's a tall elf. He has gentle brown eyes and his hair's bright grey and he has a wrinkled face. He usually wears an extravagant green cloak and carries a book. Hope that helps.
