All orcs who enter Trollsbane are to be taxed 3 silver a week, or be beaten, so sayz king Fooserz.

I will now make a change to my proclimation:

Orc Tax rule 1A:
The orc tax is void unless I say so. And I said it wasn't for Vorg only.

I hope this clears up any misunderstanding.
