Trollsbane will no longer be tolerating those who kidnap and kill, or those who aim to support these acts without condemnation. The individual known as Richard Martins is banned from town. Any unfortunate incidences of theft, assault, or murder on this individual will be ignored by the justice of the town. He is to be taken into custody or slain on sight, whichever you fancy most.

If Mayor Dusty Bottoms refuses to acknowledge this wrongdoing, then he will face a temporary ban from Trollsbane. Richard was involved in the kidnap of a Trollsbane official, and was also actively present within the temple while myself, Aurora, Tink, and all the other victims were there. He can choose to further ignore this, in which case that will draw an even more direct connection between him and the temple, and will be temporarily banned for safety purposes.

For some reason, this individuals name also appears on the Varshikar citizen list and militia list. We ask leaders there to remove his name and condemn these cowardly actions from the temple.

Members of the temple can no longer hide, your names and voices have been heard over and over, and your presence amongst the good people of the isle will not be tolerated. I look forward to returning the courtesy you all have shown me and the other innocent prisoners, by throwing you in a confined room where you belong.

Fooser next time I will not just kidnap you I will kill you. You should feel lucky to be alive and keep your mouth shut. Now you must suffer the consequences. It is foolish to speak badly of someone who is more powerful then you that is how you get harmed...permanently.

The man Richard Martins has already denounced his citizenship in Varshikar in favor of the temple. The listing simply hasn't had an opportunity to be updated yet.

Dearest Magistrate Fooser,

I only just now recieved your letter on my desk concerning your allegations against Richard Martins and I am investigating the situation. I have not yet found evidence that Richard has had any direct connection to the infamous kidnappings. You must be patient. If he has broken Greenbriar law, I assure you punishment will be given. Until then I can only presume his innocence. I shall not be coerced to ignore law or to treat any of our citizens unjustly.

If you feel a great necessity to ban me from Trollsbane for defending our citizens according to rule of law, then so be it. If the government of Trollsbane thinks it will be safer without me wandering the streets, peddling wares, helping and teaching newcomers and veterans alike the crafts, then so be it. I fail to see why my presence would be 'unsafe'? I believe you are misplacing your anger against those who have done you no harm. I am not your enemy, but now I dont seem to be a friend either, a pity.

If you believe a ban is warranted against my person, words are meaningless and I will not dispute it. Do what you will. It won't change my duty to my people.

There will be no banning of you in paticular at this time, I merely say that if you continue to hold people who many witnesses can identify, there is little else that can be done.

If you read around you will find that Richard Martins are numerous times admitted to being in the temple and one of the people who kidnapped these people. By his own words he admits his guilt.

Being a member if the temple is not indicative of guilt. I am a worshipper of Irmorom, but am I to be held accountable for what other worshippers may do in her name? No. I must judge the action, not the affiliation.

As far as admission of guilt, I have seen no parchments in which he admits to kidnapping Ska'alib Drurr, a dual-citizen here and entitled to protection, nor any other citizens, nor kidnapping any friendly visitors within the County Borders. There are plenty of rumors of kidnappings elsewhere, but that is up to the local government to judge guilt. Until the evidence shows that he was directly involved, he is innocent, under Greenbriar law.

I shall have to wait until all possible information is available before rendering a decision in this hearing.

Stephen are you blind can you not read? I never once admitted to kidnapping anyone. I have responded harshly to those who are laying blame upon me. I do not take kindly to threats especially the ones Fooser is putting out. He basically is saying I am the only one who did these kidnappings by singling me out on the boards and placing many things in action against me. He is the one who said do whatever to me so I believe it is only fair that I am allowed to do whatever to him. There are two sides to every coin.

That which you have pinned to the wall before is admitting to the crime they've branded you with. And now you say you didn't do it? So were you lying then with a vicious bluff with your first response or are you lying now with your adamant denial of the situation? Make up your mind.

Let me clear up what I meant. I did help kidnap Fooser. I was not around for the other kidnappings though so how can I be blamed for them all? People should get the facts straight before throwing around accusations.

I find it Ironic, that Trollsbane once considered Varshikar but a slum. Behold how the tables have turned. You can not even keep all the criminals under control.

Trollsbane has had criminals and issues with them since the town was established, to think they are more "out of control" than any other time would be false. And to say Trollsbane thinks/thought Varshikar a slum would also be false.

are we now? then i guess you'd feel right at home. some of the original founders or Varshikar were in fact criminals and some of it's citizens very well might still be. but our unifying fact is our mutual dislike of trollsbane and it's governings, especially your part in it's governing Stephen. so while some of us might have been criminals by trollsbane law/ then and now. we're Varshikari foremost. how the Trollsbane veiws us has never really mattered anyway.

There is obviously no law in Troll's Bane when the sun goes down.
The last nights I was witness of two attacks on Governor Brer by the orc Ku (I hardly escaped with my life).
And this night some hooded persons are talking loudly in Eliza's shop about attacking Brer!
Later these persons - one of them without his left hand - stopped me in the library and forced me to give them almost all my stuff. And the orc Gort got by with a Troll!
Then the both men tried to slay me but I escaped to the library's roof and jumped into the river...

After some recovering time I walk silently and disguised through the streets and saw them with Gort still in town!

A fast written addendum:
I ask every citizen of Troll's Bane who can fight to join the town guards!

Tis true, most of it, anyway. There is never any law in Trolls Bane, as there is no one to hold it firm. Brer can ban people all he wants, he cannot back his decisions. There is only one protecting him, and that'd be Arameh.

The government is weaker than ever, and I doubt it will ever again be strong.
