Skills?

I know there are no "skill levels", which I am very happy about, but the manual and forum still speak of skills they have learnt. The manual says that the skills should show where the inventory is if you click a button. The problem I have, is which button?

right click where you can see writing and choose skills

It's ok, I've found it now.

That's a bit out of the way isn't it! lol

The manual seems a bit out of date, so could you explain skills to me? Obviously they are not levelled for good reason, etc. I take it you improve your skill by practising? How do you learn a skill in the first place?

by practicing it ... for harder skills you'll need someone to tell you how to use the tools, or you can figure out yourself
