Stephen Rothman has spent his due within the Grey Rose's Jail without being fed truely or without wash. I think his punishment has been met. A new government has been realised and new procedures put into place so i think his release should be near.
The treatment and conditions which this man has received fit not that off a pig, and there is no longer fear off his actions as his government has been overthrown. Release this man too open land.
I thank you for the lies about the not feeding of the great hero Stephen Rothman, who only wanted the best for Gobaith.
And i also thank you for the bringing up, that Rothman is still a problem. It was the Grey Rose, who took Stephen Rothman in the jail, like it was the wish of them who fhought him. - People of Trolls Bane, Silverbrand, Vanima and Varshikar. Propably some more.
In fact, i made a announcement days ago, that the towns has to come together, to decide, what happens with Rothman. So this topic should be used for it. And i am also in contact with the new leadership of Trolls Bane to debate this topic.
I write what i have learnt Lennier, nothing more, nothing less. Just let it not be forgotten the man still lays within your cells. And let this debate last not long.

Indeed, taking months to organise is a trial is very unfair and unacceptable, this should be made quickly.

I give this ultimatum not as punishment. But as a precationary measure.
You will either:
Option one: Let Stephen out of his cell, to return to the trial on the set date.
Option two: You have three weeks to set a trial, But ONLY if you give Stephen the proper meals, and medico attention. I will need a letter delivered from him to me, it can be checked by you, to inform me of these happenings. If ever you should so fail. I will hold you in neglect of his rights as a captured prisoner.
You have the right to chose. but one of these options will be met. I will not allow a man to rot in a Jail cell because of your neglect to care for the well being of a pridefull man. That is not a Knights way.
I'm surprised to whoever is writing these unsigned notes. Stephen Rothman is not a dirty pig...perhaps unhonorable, but he has no reason to die. This is not nonsense I speak, and I would listen if you have half a heart.
Stephen has done much good...helped many people, and Trolls Bane. Just because he made few foolish mistakes causes you to want him dead?
People make mistakes, give him a chance. Most of these accusations are pathetic lies, he did attack the dwarves, but they declared war on him. I don't know if they had a prayer mass or not. If a man held a dagger to your throat, and he began to pray as the knife slowly went through you, would you simply stand there?
The dwarves could have been preparing an attack, Stephen did not know. He did what was best for Trolls Bane, and you spit on his name. You hate him for a mistake, most of you even want him dead.
Open your eyes, see the truth here. He does not deserve to be in jail, nor be killed. If you defy you are doing wrong by jailing an innocent, you can atleast keep him from starving and give him medical attention. If you refuse to heal his wounds, then I will, if you allow me.
By what right does the Rose have to hold this man in the first place? Because you are allies with the dwarves? Because the dwarves are so incompitant that they cannot hold him prisoner themselves? Tell me, members of the rose, what has stephen done to the Rose? The dwarves have a reason to hate the lad, granted if he did indeed attack durring thier prayer mass, and yet such is war. But what of the Rose? Truely i wonder, do the rose wish to appear like the knights in shining armor to save the whole of the land from a single man?
If you do not anwser i will assume my assumption to be correct. The town of trollsbane has a new governor, is about to get a new captain of the guard as well as a new magistrate. What has he to come back to and do anything with? Do you fear a single man so much as to let him rot in prison? If that be the truth i will call the lot of you cowards. I have seen no progress toward a trail for the man, so again if you do not anwser i will assume that my assumtions are correct. If i am wrong, correct me.
Stephen has given the hospital to Alli, without asking the Grey Rose first, whose posession is the hospital. So he somehow stolen them their Hospital, which was for them a broke of their treaty which they had with each other.
That was their reason to fight at the dwarves side and for still keeping him in their jail.
Did not Stephen continue to try and negotiate with them? Over a hospital...which served no purpose other than a haven for the Rose while they were in town. Good on the lad, getting use out of something that was not used.
Revlen, dear. He broke the treaty they had. The building was declared the Grey rose's property in the treaty. He written his name under it, and than ignored it and simply gave it away without ever asking the Grey Rose. That was a crime, my dear. And aswell against their treaty. In politics you have to watch that. From a politic view he did wrong and they had the right to take up other measures. Of course it is sad that battles were the measures, and I would have prefered any other way. But you shouldn't belittle the great politic failure he did.
I was there when he 'gave away' the hospital. He did not grant away the *ownership* of it; what he did was ask a medico to take over the *running* of it. If the Grey Rose could not see to it that there were medicos on staff available for the injured, I see no reason why it was unreasonable for the Governor of the town to ask a medico to take over running and staffing the town hospital, even if it was owned by an outside source.

I have given it away to Alli Zelos because she is the only active healer that works there. I have not seen any druid of the house, beside her, actively working and helping Trolls Bane. You cannot claim to own something you never care to tend too, nor look at save once a month. Also Alli Zelos is a citizen of Trolls Bane. Thus, she gets it, end of discussion and controversy.

Maggie, that are not the words of someone who spoke with the rightfull owner before. He simply did that ignoring any ownership, and doing no negotiations or politic talk before. That is a failure if you try to be in the politics.
The druids of the forrest were the old medicos. Caitlin was the one opening the hospital and also leading it. After her death it became inactive. But many others, like Nerian, helped there to heal peoples. It was not realy inactive. But even if, no reason to just take it and give it away without speaking with those holding ownership and also having the command over it. That was simply wrong, rude, and a big politic failure.
A letter is found, written is what looks to be Stephen Rothman's writing tho it seems to be lacking most of his usual traits. It seems to have been checked and is very short and direct.
After you all left me and write to the Great Grey Rose the good Priest of Malachin Nerian Finera took care of my wounds. I am healed now and much better and they are taking care of me in a great way. I can wait forever for my trial in here.
