is there a chance to reanimate a broken char?

my mainchar, tjalf kormson seems to be broken, since i tried to log on during the long server malfunction a couple of hours ago.

he takes very long, to log in. sometimes the landscape does not apear.
most times he can not move, sometimes he can move one or two steps, befor he freezes.
his arms and clothing does not apear. the health and food colums show not allways.

the other chars of the account are perfectly well, since i re installed the client and put backup files of the chars.

does there exist a method, to reanimate him?

This seems to be VERY odd, when I had this it was because of my motherboard, but it was for ALL my characters, are you certain its for a single one of your character? If so, then the only thing I can see is a 'bug' in the database of your character, try removing your character file completely and log in.

As I said, go in 'my documents' where your characters data are supposed to be stored, take that folder and put it..away, in your desktop, and then log in.

i did just that, befor i logged in.

edit:

i tried again with my back up files, and .... it works!

so i think, tjalf will be healed, and step on the nerves of a lot of more people...
