The ban of Rankor Deathronk

Post by Laviath Rathor »

Rankor Deathronk got banned out of Trolls Bane until I found someone with a key to jail him. If anyone sees him in town he or she is allowed to kill him, then.

I was unaware guards let alone recuites were allowed to give out this sort of ban or sentance one to death on sighte. Maybe much has changed in Rothman's leave.

In this moment, there aren't any true guards. I was made a guard, by lady Lamar, but since she isn't accepted as the governor, I am not really a guard. But until the new government is built up, the guard, aleytys choosed will be the guard you have to listen to. As soon, as the citizens have choosen their new leader, I will offer my axe for guarding the town, again.

How humourous. Lamar was "governor" for how long? Less than a week, right? And that somehow gives you the right to call yourself guard of the town? If you want to protect people, that is fine and well, not to mention noble, but do not try to do it under any name than your own. That is where nobility loses its face.

Wasn't she also placed into power by bandits? No one had any say in this but Galthran. Un till a new government is in effect no law resides. Thou we must stand by what is morally correct in these times and take it upon ourselves to maintain a stable state. When the new leaders come forth I offer myself as a defender of the peoples.

Seriously, I don't want to have might over the people or anything, but I was made a guard under Governor Aleytys and I will hold that position, until the new leadingship was found. I know, that there are some people, who don't like to see me as a guard, but there have to be guards, indifferent, if there is a active and accepted leadingship or not. I can't force the people to accredit me as a full guard and I don't want them to, but I please you, not to stand in my way, when I kick a known murder, robber and lier like Rankor Deathronk out of the town.

It would just be easier to end his life. There is much pain in living for him.

Thank you, Siltaris and thank you Taylor, for helping me to knock Rankor out, the day before yesterday. It shows that you are a honorful man who is willed to help and protect the citizens.
