Can't change picture in character profile

Hi,

I am trying to change the picture in my character profile (the one that appears when clicking on the character's name from the online list) and the picture will not replace the old one. The size of the replacement picture is only just under 12k, so it should not be due to the size of the image. Does anyone know what I need to do to replace my picture?

I had the same problem.

Just let it load and then wait. Close out of the account page and just play the game for awhile. It will load in like 1 -30 minutes.
