I think the main problem is that noobs dont know what its there for. I think what alot of noobs believe is that if they make a quest, and put in a desription such as "undead will attack!" the GMs will read it and then they will make an undead attack.
I think there needs to be an explanation of the feature when you click "quest management". I think alot of noobs are trying to "create" quests instead of "announce" quests
I also have already written some explaining words concerning the quest planer. Just takes a little more time to put them up there since everything will be reworked soon.
But yes, I find it quite weird that all the posts have the same internet lingo typing. It is obvious that come from people that don't understand..And is rather..annoying at points

Personally, I say people should be banned for abusing this feature. I assume you can tell who does it, seeing as it's done in the account menu.
Here's an idea to reduce the amount of nonsense getting posted in the quests section, lock players out of the feature until their account is two weeks old.
Would it be better if player quests had to be accepted like names used to have to be accepted? A disadvantage of this would be that a GM might not be online soon enough, though. I usually find out about these sort of things on the forum first, anyway.

i dont think that would be a bad idea. It'd be very easy to go through good/bad quests. And most player quests are announcements, so they'll be up there 2-3 days early, and also on the forums
That would be a *bad* idea. Do you know why Martin and the devs got their way and rid the account system of human involvement? Because the devs were getting stuck with that work when they shouldn't have to do it.
No matter what you do, eventually the only people checking any of that will be the people who absolutely shouldn't have to. That's time-tested and true.
