ok im smithing what is called a waraxe, and it looks different from what the dwarf in the workshop sells, also he wont buy it to.

Hu, there might be a diffrent waraxe. Keep training until you see a war axe option that looks like his.

There's a War Axe and a Waraxe wich are indeed both differant weapons.
