I can't think of any 'other'. A computer fell from the sky and Illarion happened to be on it?

I found out about Illarion when my brother said he had just wasted a download...
I used the game to see if my brother was just being overdramatic-and I was instantly hooked on the mix of skill building and immersive RPG!

I chose other because all the answer said "looking for *online* games", and I wasn't really looking for anything special. :)

It was December 24th n I was so bored by X-mas that I decided to go to a chatroom... there two guys started talking 'bout a 'mud' ... I had never heard of RPGs/MUDs before, so I searched in the www for it. There was a Toplist of the best 100 RPG's n I decided to download "Illarion".
It took me hours to get out of the library  ... But since one year I am playing Illarion and I must confess: I REALLY LOVE IT!

Found it after hours of web searching, got tired of runescape, they went back on their word. Must say this game is one of the best in actually creating roleplay environment, and if i am correct the best to keep the roleplaying alive, and not hack and slash.

How I came to Illarion

Post by Epsilon »

After finnishing up the quest and delivering the sacred stone back to it's rightful owners. I left the small village and headed west toward the setting sun. Many moons I traveled by darkness and seeked refuge from the heat durign the daylight.
It seemed like weeks of trudging through dense trees and marshlands
taking care to avoid notice from the strange creatures that seemed to be appearing more readily as I ranged closer to the ends of the world.
Till on a misty predawn moring cresting the largest mountain ..there it was..dimly lit in the valley below, shrouded in a gloomy mist as if sleeping.
I camped on the outskirts that night and slept little . As when moring arose I would ride into the courtyard and proclaim my pressance to all.
Behold Epsilon has arrived!!
