Newcomers Needed by the Gobiath Trading Company

To Newcomers to Gobiath,
I Have recently been overwhelmed with products from my many customers, almost filling three depots already! Although I welcome the enthusiasm my customers have to sell their wares in bulk, it has not allowed me time to 'process' them into usable items for others.

I am often asked for bottles, of which I have plenty of sand and ash, but little time.

I am often asked for leather goods, which I have plenty of thread and leather, but little time.

There are many other examples.

I propose trying something that hasn't been done before. I will hire workers and start a company. The "Gobiath Trading Company" based here in Briar County.

In particular, I would like newcomers who simply wish to get started in a craft, and haven't the money or resources to get started. My philanthropic attempts to get warriors started are almost legendary, and I'd like to continue to welcome newcomers to get their 'start' in this way. I will provide all the tools, resources and training, and the worker will simply 'process' the bulk goods into items I can use. Thats all.

To apply, you must be trustworthy, willing to work, and willing to learn a trade. (newcomers prefered)
Warning: Any theft of Company materials or money will result in a bounty placed upon your severed head. And I have many friends willing to collect on it.

I am hiring for the following positions:

Savvy Purchaser - I need someone to purchase bricks and thread for me. There is a limited supply at a time, so it will take time. I will provide the money necessary, and pay the worker 1 copper for each 2 bricks/Thread purchased with my money. There will be other things to obtain later.

Arsonist Lumberjack - I need an aspiring Lumberjack to cut Naldor wood for me to burn into ash. I will pay the worker 1 copper for every ash obtained. (Flint and steel are included)

Nomadic Miner - I need an aspiring Miner to mine sand for me in the Desert. I will pay the worker 1 copper for each pile of sand obtained. (Camel not included)

Simple Cobbler - I need an aspiring Tailor to make leather shoes for me. I will provide all the leather, thread, tools and training. I will pay the worker 1 copper for each pair of shoes.

Iron Smith - I need an aspiring Smith to make iron sheets and iron ingots for me. I will provide the tools, coal, Iron ore and training. I will pay 1 copper for every iron sheet/ingot made.

Miller / Baker - I need an aspiring cook to process grain into bread for me. I will provide the grain and training. I will pay 2 coppers for each bread made.

Farmer - I need an aspiring Farmer to grow both Wheat and cabbages for me. I will provide seeds, tools and training. I will pay 1 copper for each wheat, cabbage grown.

I have recieved wonderful feedback on my post.
