i think that desert sky capsuals and bulbsponge mushroom are to common and gett anoyiong when you are trying to collet e.g sand berrys.

can thet be make less common please :shock:

Well if there will be more sandberrys, the price for strong healing potions will be less then before.

And tomorrow 1 campfire produce 10 potash, because its so hard to make ash for glasblowing.

in two days all miners find more nuggets, because they are so rar

in three days the sheep stop running when i begin to collect wool

in four days the human in the shop sell all goods which it give in illarion, because sometimes it nerves me to find anybody who spend for example potions

in one year we lost all realistic sides from illarion and the only cause why we play is to raise skills, killing people, earn money.

come on now, you don't have to be so sarcastic. He wasn't saying to increase the chance of finding sandberries and stuff, he was just asking to decrease the chance of finding the more common herbs of bulbasponge and redhead.

This discussion is the same as the one about putting a depot close to the demon cave. It is okay to want to do things easier, but where do you draw the line? Fieps basically summed it up, it isn't just a game made to raise skills and collect money. Also, decreasing the chance of finding the other herbs does in essence raise the chance of finding a particular herb. Let's say 2/10 herbs found are type A, 4/10 found are type B, and 4/10 are type C. With these stats, there is a 20% chance of finding herb A. Decreasing the chance of finding herbs B and C to 2/10 each, there are no longer a total of 10 herbs found, there are only 6. So each herb has a 2/6 chance, or 33%. You haven't changed the number of type A's found, but the chance of getting them has gone up dramatically. I am now finished my rather lengthy form of a sentence! :wink:

not necessisarily, because in reality the chances of finding paticular herbs is more 1/10 4/10 5/10 so if you decrease the chance of the more common ones you'd get maybe 1/10 3/10 3/10 so percentage wise yes you find more of the rarer herbs, but in reality all that would happen is more often then not you'd find no herbs instead of a rare or common one, so it would actually raise the value of the more common herbs and keep the value of the rarer ones the same.

Yeah well that wasn't his point. His point is that the other herbs are annoying so he wants them less common and sandberries more common because he doesn't want to work through the other herbs to get sandberries. I think finding nothing the other 3/10 of the time would just annoy him some more.


As for bulbsponge and capsules increasing in value from being less common, that won't happen as long as they are still more common than their counterparts the red head and donf blade which they can only be mixed with. (Applies more so to the bulbsponge than capsule becuase bulbspong is found in the same place as its counterpart red head).
The only way they'll increase in value is if they become as rare or less rare compared to red heads or donf blade. Another possiblity is someone threw out all their bulbs and caps and now happen to be desperate to make potions.

I think he means annoying as in having to throw them out since the number is so uneven. So in this case, the times that you don't get a herb aren't a problem.
