I take no stand in this matter, for or against. My voice complies with the voices of my friends. I am Taylor Windslasher. The one and only loyal Guard to Captain Revlen. You took the guard from what it is truely meant to be, and turned it into an extension of the Knighthood, You slack on your payments to the guards, and beyond that, You removed every last person loyal to Revlen from the Guard. I will not hide my voice. I have nothing to hide from you Governer. You know my dislike of you, as I know mine for you. But mark these words. Step out of line, you know what i mean, And I'll put you back in your place.

I do believe Rothman has done much wrong. I also believe he is a good man with what is best for the town at heart. Do we leave ourselves so low that we do not simply talk to him of this? Have we assumed so much as to what he does does not matter, it is all wrong? He has helped the town much but done bad deeds with it. I believe he is worthy of the title 'Governor'. I also believe the nonsense of "Charlie" is merely a way you bind everything you assume together. Almost all of it remains untrue.And what do undead do? They rip you apart until nothing remains of you, then their leader summons your body to fight against those you fight with. Most bandits, theives and the like steal, and kill innocents. And the dwarves? I agree with you on this, they would not harm unless provoked to do so.

I have no reason to or not to comply.

If I understand correctly you are trying to abolish Stephen Rothman, our governor, whom has led Troll's Bane as a whole to greater heights, by trying to get everyone to look at him as a Charlie instead of a Stephen Rothman.
This plan is ridiculous, and sounds to myself as made by a lunatic. I think you, Bravin, need to find better people to talk to and have intelligent conversations with. Perhaps you were the one manipulated by this man, and not the people by Stephen Rothman.

I will add my own request to this paper. Everyone, you can show your loyalty and your joy over the wealth that this man, Stephen Rothman, brought over Troll's Bane, moreso than any ruler before him, by writing: "I agree, governor Stephen Rothman shall stand strong." followed by your name. This is the only way to abolish such lunatics as Bravin whom wish to throw Troll's Bane into anarchy.

I said before. That I hold no stance in this civil war. But I will tell you this. I took the position of the Captain of the Guard not of pure hatred for either side, Stephen or Galthran. I stand as your protector. I will not allow any harm to become of the innocent citizens of this town, unless they wish to come through me first. All Guards are herby removed. And will be required to talk to me about reinstation.

I will build this guard up as it was meant to be. Protectors of the citizens. As Captain Revlen wished it to be. How you all can forget so quickly about the wishes of one man, because Stephen was so rich and powerfull. He blinded you with anger. If you truely wish to open your eyes. The path to protection is the Light within the darkness. I do not claim myself a Hero nor a Demon. I am who I am. A fighter, till the day I die.

As for you Bravin. If you say that this revolution is what i wished once more. You will taste the cold steel of the demon part in my blood. That I can assure you.

My title in the Guard is not Captain. That belongs to Captain Revlen, and Only Captain revlen. I take the name as Protector of Trollsbane. Let it be known.

You tell us we did not protect the citizens? We were blinded by anger? Well, allow me to make it clear. We did protect the citizens, with our lives. and blinded by anger? That is *you*, Taylor. *you* are the one blinded, because Revlen didn't come to continue the guard, and because you failed as captain yourself. Do not tell me these as lies, as they are true. You speak as if you are the only noble man, then who are the guards? Not corrupt I can surely tell you, ask each of the men if they would die for the town, and count the many that have. Each has fought against forces many times stronger than them. I fought beside William Macdonough against Dravian and Retlak, and you know...we lost. But it was for the town. Don't tell *us* who is corrupt, blinded by rage and doesn't protect the citizens of trolls bane. After all, you were the one abusing your power as guard captain. We have no reason to hate.

To continue this, Rothman is a noble man, that helped the town in many ways. Ill admit, he has done some bad things, but he has done more good. Don't let lies blind you, and look what is right infront of your eyes.

Governor Rothman shall stand strong.

The exiled true Government of Silberbrand welcomes the changes in the Townguardstructure of Trollsbane and furthermore wishes the Protector of Trollsbane good luck with his noble cause.

We want to point out once more that the war declared by us was and will never be a war against the citizens of Trollsbane.

It was a war against one man and his followers, Stephen Rothman.

Everyone still supporting this man may know this:

Stephen Rothman has commited genocide in the halls of Silverbrand during his invasion.

The actions he committed against dwarvenkind could be compared to Silverbrand deciding to march into Trollsbane, kill everyone on sight and then announce the town to be conquered.
This man has tried to kill every and any dwarf on sight and was blinded by rage.

We do not believe this kind of retalitation to be right, and will never hurt any citizen of Trollsbane, unless he draws his blade for the Governor, I especially plead the Protector of Trollsbane to read this line carefully.

All of you supporting Stephen Rothman support a man whose hands are sheated with the blood of innocents.
All the wealth he has accumulated may he make you believe its the towns, it is his and nobody elses, is soaking from the blood of innocents he has disposed to reach his aims.
Do not let yourselves numb by the fake promises he gives you.
He clearly talked about building a new kingdom, as a consequence of this he is trying to become a despot, a dictator, someone ruling alone and without any consent to those governed by him.

It is not too late to save the democracy of Trollsbane, to save the freedom you humans always deem to be the highest good and thing to strive for.

If you can realy live in wealth, payed by the blood, sweat and tears of others and still be able to sleep comfortable I pray for your souls to be pardoned by whatever gods you follow.

Your loyalty to Stephen rivals mine to Revlen. But you are not a guard. Tell me what shred of proof of the crimes Stephen Rothman had said i have commited. Abusing my power you say? Interogating a witness with my fists and not my weapons seems less than abusing my powers. I could have killed the fool at any time. He was more use to me alive.

And Thurbert, I thank you for your support. I wish you good luck. Though i will take no side in your battle. Good luck, you're going to need it. I will not fight this battle, for it is you who need to reclaim your pride and honor. Do not forget my warning Thurbert. As long as you do not break your promise I will not fight against you.
