translation

i was playing a fairy character and listening to a German convo, when it suddenly did #me seems to translate, and an english version of the words appeared. Has this happened to anyone else? Was it a one-time thing or am i hallucinating?

The character decided to translate it, manually, end.

Then it was a GM. There is no translations that I know of.

It was a GM broadcast, "You can see that the top of the library is on fire" and then the GM translate it in german.
