The jailing of Rankor Deathtronk

I have jailed Rankor Deathtronk with the help of lady Meryadeles and Errian Abeth for the capture. The charges are multiple murders, threats, agressing a town official, insulting, going in town while being banned, attacking guards, robbing citizents and horrible behaviour. He is at the upper jail cell, he will stay there until a trial is held.

Do you need witnesses? (he robbed Dom Fisher, my char) Also, I believe a man named Galthran aids him.

I believe mister Padick will need witnesses, but it isnt much a problem, about all of the town is a witness.

Are you going to arrest Galthran(or however it is spelt) as well?
