Website Slow?

Okay this might be on fly spray but...

Most of the time I browse the forum lightning fast. But sometimes it is extremely slow ex. today. So is it something I can do in my settings to fix this or is this just Illarion?

PS Sometimes it keeps on loading and says, "page cannot be displayed"
is that just illarion?

The game and sites have been a bit up and down today. I would put my bets on that as the cause for now.
