ban the player?

A Char called Deef mond and Deef mond wiz to my opinion should be banned here is what happened:

I was by the mining fields when a lady ( deef mond wiz ) asked to buy some leather armour, I said ok and went to my depot to get it when i got back she started attacking me when i asked her to stop she said " The bloody game Fucked up" i asked her not to swear and said what game???
( as i was Rping ) she said " the game your playing are you thick!" then she proceeded to say i was a "dumbshit" I got very angry and attacked her back. Then Deef mond arrived ( the persons other char ) and said "You attacked my other char" as this one was more strong i kept defense with both shields then he proceeded to call me weak and small, after i walked away he logged of and the lady logged back on we gave chase and as soon as she noticed she was loosing she logged of!!!!

Should this player be banned???

(( sorry for the swearing in this post but there was no other way i could put accross what they said i believe some of these insults where directed at me not my char ))

Deef Mond and Deef Mond Wiz are gone. They are gone for violating rule #11:

If a player uses multiple characters he/she has to separate them. Both characters have their own mind and memory. It is not allowed to exchange things between the characters. Usage of more than one character at the same time is forbidden

I checked the logs.
