New Learning System

currently the learning system is redone from scratch. Again.... i have some problems doing this.... some bugs and personal problem. So the work will last longer than i thought.

I like the new learning system...sort of. My orc seems to be a good farmer because of it...and because of his stats... My fairy on the other hand, is starting to get better at reading...slowly.

Reading is really hard, I think thats just the way that works.
