Somthing wrong with floor tiles?

I logged on and saw that most of the floor tiles around the shop were strange, they had changed into fuzzyness like the kind on an untuned TV.

has everyone got this or just me?

I will send a screen shot if you want, to whoever asks. Only in Email though because i dont know how otherwise.

Hmm.. How big is the Screenshot? (size)
