when i have download the game it just come up Illarion_vo.4b23, not more :cry:
what should i do so i can play?

I don´t know if I understood you right, but you need to unzip the client before you are able to play.
The most usual programms for doing that are WinZip and WinRar, wich could be both downloaded as a trial version. Just "google" for them.
