Official Bank Closing

Dear Citizens,

Due to large debt piling up, and no income to be seen, the bank is officially closing. My own debtors are now either fugitives are gone missing. Now, as a man of the people, I know how precious money can be. So, to ease the stress on you, I have worked for months to pay back this debt.

What this means is that, you will get a full refund of you money, but unfortunately I can only promise little gains. Full interest, if any, will be paid if possible. I hope what small funds I can apportion you, will make up for my failure. Please accept this as a letter of apology, I plan to pursue my legal careers in the Town of Trollsbane. This, I can promise, will not fail you in any sort. I hope my strong work ethic to pay you back shows that I am a man of my word.
