Orc threat.

To the guards and to Stephen Rothman, I was in town this day, at the depot when an orc said "Ellfie you are my hostage." So Naturally i took a few steps back and drew my bow and notched an arrow. The orc raised his staff and provoked me so i said. "This can end in two ways, your death or mine. And since i dislike blood shed you have two choses. If you continue i will loose my arrow. If not then we have nothing more to discus and i will leave." The orc raised his staff more so, and said "your death or mine?" That was a clear as an awnser i needed to hear. I let loose and arrow and fled the shop. He presued, i came apon a duel outside the east gate with the orc still in presuit, he looked something like ((198*******)) . The duelists were a lizard and a human, and near them was another orc, the other orc said "need help ret?" I assume this is the orc's name that was chasing me. Neither the duelists or the orc raised a finger to aid me, and my quiver of arrows ran empty, the orc known as "ret" brought me down.

When i had made my way to the cross he came and gave me my things back and said the reason he did what he did was because, and i quote "I was just bored." I told him i would report the incident to the guard and he replied and again i quote "The guards no threat to meh." And i said "one perhaps no, but you cannot defeat them all, and he replied "dat where the other orcs come in."
I fear that the orcs are going to become a threat more so than they already are.

What ever i stole from you, which is not material because i did not touch a thing of yours, it serves you right. Comming into the shop and delcaring an elf a hostage then provoking and chasing.
