Alright i have tooken it upon myself to find out what it is. But it's just a bunch of information that i have found so far. Might help you guys.
InvocationTargetException is a checked exception that wraps an exception thrown by an invoked method or constructor.
As of release 1.4, this exception has been retrofitted to conform to the general purpose exception-chaining mechanism. The "target exception" that is provided at construction time and accessed via the getTargetException() method is now known as the cause, and may be accessed via the Throwable.getCause() method, as well as the aforementioned "legacy method."

First of all:
1. A few friendly words and a little patience might get you help. Cynical comments after 17 minutes might rather get you cynical comments in return.
2. Be precise. With a description like "something like..." nobody will be able to help you.
3. "Thwak" is "Thawte Freemail". It is explained on the download page and again in the handbook. So if you'd care to read that first...
It seems that your installation is missing a few files. No idea how that might have happened.
Recommendation: Full Reinstall
1. Find and start "javaws.exe" on your machine. It should show you a list, one of the items should be the client.
2. Right-Click on Illarion Client and remove it.
3. close webstart
4. Goto Download page
5. Read the download instructions
6. click on Install, re-install everything and make sure to confirm the "trust Thawte" dialog.
