Turonga Mugwater is banned from the territory of Trolls Bane til she pays the 200 coin fine. She must pay this fine because she spat twice upon myself yesterday, then upon two visitors to Trolls Bane, Helrick Dermon and Preston Braeth. If she is seen without town, the Town Guard is to escort her out of town unless she has come to pay her fine. If she enters town saying she will pay her fine only to spit on the town guard, they may feel free to use whatever force is needed to remove this trouble stirring orc from our town.

Surry to say but if meh hears she is taked wiff her nub eben havin weapon out or show actions ob taking somun den meh thinks that act of war on orcs considerin she nub taks people in town. An I tink it seems people wants reason to attack certian peoples.

Perhaps you would listen to this mercenary that could be hired against you? Do try to follow the rules. It states that any action, offensive in nature, Persay spiting at someone, Is a threat, and is dealt with as such. I have had a blade drawn on me for simply telling the Orc guard to shut up when he was singing. You must understand that the rules are not specific and cover a broad category of aspects.
