I Reda, wish to accuse Tienos and Azeona of several cases of attempted murder, assault, and murder of the second degree(I think). I am not sure whether those are the exact names of the accused but I believe them to be.
I shall tell my account of the events that occured this day. The series of events began when a man, I believe him to be Tienos, was shoving a chest along the ground. When I next saw them they were accusing a hafling of stealing the chest. After an argument they killed the hafling, who I revived. A lizard who was a friend of the man surrounded the hafling (Vindigan) and demanded he return the items. Vindigan protested that he did not have the items and they began counting down his death. I pushed him out of the was and he fled. They pursued him and a battle insued while I did the best I could to protect both of their lives. A man came to the haflings aid and he was also involved in the battle. Eventually the battle stopped and they began to argue once again. I believe the man defending the hafling was killed (I'm not sure)and they battle once more. Some time Roke showed up and tried to break up the arguement. I think some smashing was heard and Tienos casted an ice field upon Roke. In the ensueing battle Tienos was killed and peace was once again plentiful. Later as I and Vindigan discussed the events an orcess came up (Azonea I think) and questioned me, After I told most of my story she said I should move away or be killed. A box then landed on the ground and she snatch it. She tells us it was the box that was stolen. She made several threats towards our lifes and then returned. She said since we were the only ones there we must have dropped the box, she soon ceased accusing us and we went on. At this point I admit I may have gone against better judgement. I walked up near the orcess and began gathering herbs. I then quickly snatched up the sickle and accused her of stealing it. I did this since it was VERY similiar to the Tienos case. I intended to show her the error of her ways. She was quite angry that I was accusing her so she killed me. As I was making my way towards the cross I saw several people attacking her. When I asked her why she killed me she said "because you are being smart.
That is my case and I hope justice will prevail. I have left out certain parts of the story that I was unable to witness. I hope some can fill in the pieces I missed.

I was the only one next to that human and I believe that he cast the field becauseI was next to him as I did not draw my sword. I then yelled "ingot" and an old elf friend of mine paralyzed the man while I killed him preventing my death, and the deaths of my friends. The orc lady, I believe she used to be called Baron of Power admitted to killing Reda and killed another human, who attacked her for virtually no reason. These are accuisitions (spelling) are not that, they are things that really happened.
