Wow im totaly confused

Ok im in game online as Rahz Gar 'Lok ...(hmmm wonder what race that could be!) and i have no idea where to start! i deced at random to be a craftsman but i think that could have been a mistake. i have many questions but i cant find anyone toa sk them to! the only person i met i belive was a lizard.
any tips or pointers that i should watch out for as a newbie?

I'm assuming an orc

I never played one so I don't know where they start, but if it's at the underground cave, you need to go southwest until you find a big city called troll's bane, i think it's the only one with walls around it. that'
s where everyone hangs out, so you'll have tons of people around to help.

Ok cool, by the way it started me in the middle of a town. So i dont have many people to ask because there just not there.

Ok one question is how in the world do I attack!?

Another one is how do i access shops if there are any.

the items are worth nothing, and you get like one skill point for your skills

warning: beware of your attributes. everyone screws up on their first person. might want to look back and see if they're ok to you before you get too far into the game.

The town you're in is called Troll's Bane. Head east from the library to find a shop, usually some people hang out there. You can also talk to the vendors there - just say "Hello" "Can you help me?" "Could you list your wares?" "I want to buy a." and similar sentences, standing close to the vendors.

If you encounter hostile creatures or characters - note that Illarion is PvP as long as your character has a reason to attack someone - you can either hold CTRL and click left on the foe in question or hit the right mouse button and choose "Attack!" from the menu.

Concerning the stats of your char: They are well choosen for a beginner, this char can become almost everything, even though he will have problems to specialize in something particular. A jack-of-all-trades one could say.

Reason to attack means a RP reason.... don't just attack for experience

To pratice fighting it;ll be best if you start on the pigs south of TB... and then to the north there is a crypt full of mummies...

Hey iove run into another difficult roadblock to pass... im having trouble with the npc shopkeepers... One.. im an orc so i must say hello if i am to rp even with an npc because they dont understand greebas, and 2 what i are the command things for veiwing what they ave... i did it once but i cant do it anymroe. how can i see what they can sell me?

Just say "list wares" and they will show you their things. I have seen you ig, i must say you learn rather fast, just telling that when someone knows your name, go 2 squares near him and type #i , but for the rest good luck, im sure you will become a great roleplayer.
