Traditions
Ritual of Respect-Dis is a trial that all new Horde members have tuh take.
First a member must prove they are worthy of the Horde's trust and respect.
Ritual of veterans- trial veterans of the Horde must take to be considered a Horde champion
Da ritual involves combat between a veteran seeking tuh be champion.
In dis way Horde blood is mixed symbolically bonding the members as kin.
Ritual of Death- A fallen brudder will be taken back to cave or camp and given a feast.
Langauge
We enforce orc langauge but joo won't day because yoo don't always speak dat way. But joo have to have a dialect.

Chief-
Da Highest Bloodhammer. Da chosen leader of da clan. Da Chieftain is relied upon fer da wisdom, strength, and honor tuh guide the clan through war. The Chieftain is responsible fer all ideas of the clan especially growth and prosperity. The Chieftain is the paternal/maternal figure and will treat the clan as if it was his blood. The Chieftain acts as supreme judge in all matters involving the clan. As such, the Chieftain's word is law, unless deemed not in accordance with the traditions of the clan (which even the Chieftain is not above). A new Chieftain is chosen by the clan elders and resigning Chieftain. The Chieftain has full power, and decisions are final.
Elders-
Da vote fer da chief and matters about da Horde. The elder council protects of the traditions and integrity of the clan. Elders are also keepers of our clan history and lore. Therefore, only the wisest and most honorable can be elder.
Champions-
You win this rank by completing da Ritual of veterans. Battle hardened, and forged by the fire of war. Champions have the right to hold events/raids and must do so to increase in rank any further. Champions may recruit with permission.
Grunts-
Grunts are foot soilders but da are secound in battle behind Champions. Da are the heart of the clan. Da die we fall back. Grunts are the future leaders, and should be demonstrating to the leadership the qualities of honor, strength and wisdom.
Wardens-
Da are the watchers ober the horde and da protect us at night. Clan reserves and guardians, serving selflessly when the need is great.
Peons-
Dis are foot soldiers dat charge in tuh battle with something tuh prove. All new recruits will spend a two-week trial period with the clan. They must display maturity, involvement with the clan, and willingness to be active. We will only accept orcs dat have the integrity to represent the whole horde.
