As you walk through the forest south of Varshikar, no matter the time, a group of sounds echoes off the trees. Among these sounds are thumps, yelps, breaking sticks, heavy breathing, and the sound of metal moving through the air. If you find the nerve you can find a boy, looking by now in his early teens, With determined eyes, and muscles that don't suit his age. Among the clearing where the boy is, there are wooden poles sticking erect out of the ground, with a camp set up under a giant conifer, Swords and axes leaned against this tree, and some tree stumps that are in a circle. The boy stands away from the poles and the stumps in what is unmistakingly Light Mercenary armor. In his hands he holds a sword, long and slender, looking decently made. The boy seems to handle the sword well for his age, yet his strikes are slow and calculated. It's easy to see the metal on his wrists and feet, Bandages snake up his forearm from under the fingerless gloves. His fingers are also bandaged. The boy seems to let the sword flow with hint of elegance, his foot work would rival that of a 20 year old, and his sword work of a 25 year old. The sword moved with ease it seemed, but the boys face showed differently. Even though the Blue haired warrior showed no signs of weight, he seems to fight through all the pains and creaks, not faulting once in the near robotic movement.
Instantly the boy stops his sword and seems to listen to his surroundings. Twigs breaking, leaves rustling, these were easily heard, but more importantly was the grin that was growing across the boys face as he dug the swords tip into the ground and grabed somedirt, rubbing it on his hands and grabbing the handle of the axe near him. Out of the trees emerged about 5 or 6 bandits, each with a huge grin on his or her face, But the boy's grin was bigger. What was even more odd, was the boy stood with his eyes closed. Without warning, the bandits lunge for the boy, with an almost uniform movement the boy opens his eyes and swings the large axe into the back of a bandit in mid-dive, slaming him to the ground, the boy spin steps and brings the axe in an upward slash into another bandits chest, The boy heaves the axe out of the bandits chest and runs at another bandit, the axe dragging in the ground. The Bandits eyes open wide as the boy rushed towards him, he brings the sword down to parry the upward blow of the axe. A loud clang of metal can be heard through the forest, and even maybe as far as varshikar. the boy makes a quick movement and spins around the bandit, leaving his axe and drawing the dagger from the man's belt and stabbing him with it. The boy's grin had fallen and on his face showed a more serious face than any Knight or Guard could have. The Mercenary droped the dagger and picked up his axe again, Turning to see the three other Bandits had grouped together in an attempt to beat the boy. The boy stands in a defensive position, waiting for the three to attack. As the three attack, the boy counters as best he can, getting small cuts here and there. The boy doesn't just attack with the axe, but also with his gauntlets and boots. Clanks and clashes might be heard as far as the Trollsbane Arena, and Varshikar. After many moments, the boy can be seen throwing the bodies of the bandits away from his camp, but as he was doing so, a bandit sneaks into his camp and pillages some supplies and dispapears as quickly as he came. The boy returns to notice his supplies missing and sighs, sitting down against a stump.
"At this rate they'll leave me broke..Now Taylor, calm your breathing, calm your arms, Heal your injuries, and get ready for them to attack tommorow. Their attacks seem like clock work...oh well..Another trip to trollsbane seems to be looming ahead..i need more supplies."
The boy's eyes look through the woods suddenly, as though he heard a foot step

Curious as a young halfling lady can be, Hayley wandered east after she explored the town that was called Trolls Bane. Her parents always warned her of this long-legged, tall people in there even bigger towns - but none of their well-meant advices were a cure against her nosey habits. Her stomach was rumoring and she remembered that she hasn't had her snack after the second breakfast yet, but just as she wanted to reach into her bag, she heard the sounds of a fight.
Scared and curious at the same time she approached, hid behind a tree and peeked around it to watch the happening. Hayley was impressed by the boys fighting and even more impressed by the strange colour of his hair.
As the fighting scene was over, the boy suddenly looked into her direction. She winced and blinked and said:
"Uh."

The Boy blinks at the halfling, he's not used to seeing many people other than the bandits, his axe rests along his lap and his sword against the tree next to him. His atire might look to Hayley as a little scary, but his eyes show no signs of anger. The boy had taken off the light steel armor and his light blue shirt, leaving him sitting bare chested against the tree. His pants were supposed to be white, but were covered in so much dirt, there was not a white spot on them. His boots were basically taped to his shin with bandages as they were falling appart. On the back of the metal on the boys glove, there was an engraved symbol. It was an axe and sword crossed, with the Rune insignia of Wind over them. The boys blue hair is about shoulder length, with his ocean blue eyes looking through the bangs. On a branch above him there is a two toned cape, red on the outside and a lighter red on the inside. On the boy's shoulder is a large scar from some sword that peirced his skin instead of slashing it. The boy looks Hayley up and down, and speaks in a calm, yet inquisitive tone.
"You're not one of the Bandits, And you don't look like the fighting type. So why come into a forest full of bandits? Looking for someone?"

A bit startled the halfling lady hesistates a moment before she stutters a long. "Lo... Looking for someone? No.. I was just exploring... ". But in the very next moment her innated stubborness conquered all reasons and fears, and in a defiant tone she added:
"And what are YOU doing here? Camping in a forest full of bandits? Waiting for someone?"
Examing the boys eyes Hayley suddenly smiled then. Maybe she was a way too trusting after all, but those eyes didn't look like the eyes of someone who would just hold up young halflings and eat them. Even when their hair was blue.
She adjusted the bag on her back, which looked like it carries a lot of stuff inside. Her clothes are fine made and her blonde, golden curls complimented her blue eyes.

Hayley looks around as if pondering about the boys words before she replies. "Dark place? This is a forest to me like any other? ... I mean. I haven't run into bandits yet. Luckily."
Her gaze wanders back to the boy and she examines him once more, before she taps her nose in thought. "I'm Hayley. Hayley Hornbeame."
She points to his camp. "Did they steal a lot of you?"

Taylor looks around a bit, surveying what was taken. His eyes flow over everything taking inventory.
"By the looks of it, some food, water, about 3 swords, 2 axes, and some of my clothes. Thats about what is usually taken. They take what they need, no more, none less. They seem to fear me a little. The attacks have less and less taken. I'll run to town soon to get some more supplies I guess. Hungry?"
The boy sits down and starts to build a fire, aswell as getting out some pig meat, mushrooms, and bowls.

Slowing from a jog a halfling steps into the clearing. He stands a little under 4 feet tall and is of slim build. He has very light brown, almost blonde, hair which is unusually straight for a halfling and hangs nearly to his shoulders. He scans the clearing quickly with ice blue eyes. Seeing no danger he visibly relaxes and, placing the butt of his battle staff on the ground , leans against it slightly. He runs a hand through his hair, revealing a jagged scar running along his hairline above his right eye. He nods to the blue haired boy.
“I was on my way to Trollsbane when I heard fighting. Seems you are alright though.”
A brief smile flashes across his face.
“I don’t know why you don’t just move to Varshikar. Its so much nicer, and the ogres are a better challenge than this rag tag bunch of scavengers.” A quiet chuckle escapes his lips.
Turning his attention to the halfling he straightens, his leather armour creaking slightly as he rests his staff against his shoulder. He brushes a crease out of the red robe he wears loosly over his leather. An emblem adorns the robe at the breast. It is hard to make out from across the clearing but looks like a pentagram inside a circle. There is some lettering but it is too hard to make out.
He regards her with a slightly puzzled look.
“You seem to be a long way from home Miss.”
A smile comes easily to his lips and is reflected in his eyes.
He looks back and forth between the two. Then nods to each, smiling. He notices the food the boy is preparing and his state of dress.
“I wont interrupt you further. Varshikar is just a short distance away should you need anything.”
His boots scuff the ground as he turns and jogs off through the forest in the direction of Trollsbane.
