New Starting Point - To make it easier for new players

Post by Roke »

I was in the library today when I heard someone all of a sudden curse and than log off, I believe that they were new and started obviously in the library.  Like when I started, I would bet that the problem they had is they could barely, or could not see their character because of where the shelves are and the angle of view in the game.  I propose that if it is possible, the starting spot be moved somewhere in the library where even a halfling could see where they are to decrease frusterations of new players.  Thanks for your time.

Heh, I remember getting lost between the shelves in my first day of Illarion.
I believe that this proposal should be taken seriously, or is "finding your way out of library" requirement to paly Illarion?
First quest, maybe?

It's on the list.

And the list is pretty long.
