How do i use bow properly?

Erm... I don't want to anoy anyone with a stupid question but, I have a bow and arrows
but I can't seem to get it to work, do i shift+bow+arrows then target(thats not working)
or shift+bow+target(??) or shift+arrow+target or cntrl+target with bow in hand, nothing seems to work!! I am confused.

Also, 23380 (human male) killed me for no reason straight after I had logged on and was selling stuff to NPC. He claimed I tried to kill him but I have never tried to kill anyone, only monsters, he then proceded to attack another elf, Do I have the right to hunt him and kill him? I couldn't at the time because I think he must have logged off...

Put a bow and arrows in your hands, then hold CRTL and click on the enemy.

If you died in a fight and lost, then I think it's good RP not to get back and kill your murderer right away. I myself handle it like this, I died, I go to the cross and get back to my work. it's pking if he comes to you and kills you again, when you did nothing to him.

just in case Turnupto directions were inadequte, You place the bow where your sword would go, and you place as many arrows as you would like where your sheild would go, then you just target the person you want and if you're in range it will attack.
