New char - Cant login twice

When ive made a new char i can enter the game but when i wanna log in again it says Wrong password! (The password is NOT wrong) WHY??

Maybe bacause of you Charakter name.
As I know, players who choose names like "asdfdsre" (someone with a similar name(??) was on today) get temporarily banned.

So choose names that fit in the scene of a medieval rpg.

ive had a problem with this...try taking caps lock off...it is prolly on.
